Former Bafana Bafana wingers Dillon Sheppard and Arthur Zwane have joined Gavin Hunt’s Kaizer Chiefs technical team as assistant coaches.
Hunt recently took over as Amakhosi coach following the departure of Ernst Middendorp, and he has wasted no time turning to a familiar face in Sheppard.
The 41-year-old, who featured in one match for AmaGlug-glug as they qualified for the 2000 Olympic Games, played for Hunt at Bidvest Wits, and also doubled up as second assistant to the first team, and as MultiChoice Diski Challenge team coach.
Zwane has been promoted after coaching Chiefs’ reserve side, having also been part of Molefi Ntseki’s Bafana Bafana technical team last year.
